- HING A PINCH (ASAFOETIDA)
- ZEERA 1 TSP (CUMIN SEEDS)
- DRIED RED CHILLIES BROKEN 4
- GARLIC CLOVES 5 CHOPPED
- MILK 1 CUP
- HARA DHANYA 2 TBSP (CORIANDER LEAVES)
- RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP
METHOD:
- PRESSURE COOK DAL WITH TWO CUPS OF WATER, SALT,HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER (2 WHISTLES ) LET PRESSURE RELEASE ITSELF
- TAKE A PAN HEAT OIL ADD ZEERA ,DRIED RED CHILLIES,GARLIC AND HING SAUTE TILL FRAGRANT
- ADD TO BOILING DAL AND MIX WELL ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES AND 1 CUP OF WATER AND MILK MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES MORE ON LOW FLAMES
- ADJUST SALT GARNISH WITH HARA DHANYA
- SERVE HOT WITH RICE/ROTI SABZI...........ENJOY
