FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Fish 1 kg 
  2. 3 tbsp besan (gram flour)
  3. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  4. Ginger 1 tbsp 
  5. Garlic 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander seeds crushed finely 
  7. Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  8. Ajwain 1tsp (carrom seeds)
  9. Haldi 1/3 tsp (turmeric)
  10. Lime juice 3 tbsp
  11. Salt as per taste 
  12. Zeera 1 tsp (cumin seeds) crushed 
  13. Oil for frying
METHOD:
  1. Wash fish add and add salt and turmeric to it and keep aside
  2. Now make paste of ginger and garlic with lime juice dont use water
  3. Now mix besan and all masalas in fish red chilli flakes,ginger and garlic paste,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,kasuri methi,salt,ajwain 
  4. In a wok fry fish pieces on mediun flames 
  5. When pieces turn brown and crispy take them out 
  6. serve with Green chutni as a snack or serve as side dish
  7. serve hot enjoy...........GOD BLESS
