FISH FRY
INGREDIENTS:
- Fish 1 kg
- 3 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds crushed finely
- Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
- Ajwain 1tsp (carrom seeds)
- Haldi 1/3 tsp (turmeric)
- Lime juice 3 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Zeera 1 tsp (cumin seeds) crushed
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
- Wash fish add and add salt and turmeric to it and keep aside
- Now make paste of ginger and garlic with lime juice dont use water
- Now mix besan and all masalas in fish red chilli flakes,ginger and garlic paste,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,kasuri methi,salt,ajwain
- In a wok fry fish pieces on mediun flames
- When pieces turn brown and crispy take them out
- serve with Green chutni as a snack or serve as side dish
