BEGUN BHAJA (MY STYLE)

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Egg plant 1 Big one
  2. Haldi 1 tsp (turmeric powder)
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Besan 2 tbsp (gram flour )
  5. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  6. Dhanya powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Garam masala quater tsp
  9. Dried mango powder quater tsp
  10. Ajwain 1 tsp (caroom seeds )
  11. Zeera 1 tsp (cumin seeds )
METHOD:
  1. Cut egg plant in round slices and keep in salted water
  2. Now mix all masalas besan,rice flour,salt,garam masala,Dhanya powder,haldi powder ,red chilli powred,Dried mango powred,Carrom seeds,zeera
  3. Now take  slices one by one & dust this mixture well and shallow fry all from both sides on medium flames
  4. Serve this dish with dal and rice or dal roti as side dish or eat as snack
