FRIED ONIONS RAITA

INGREDIENTS

  1. Curd 250 grams
  2. Onion 1 medium chopped
  3. Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
  4. Rai  1/2 tsp (mustard seeds)
  5. Hing a pinch
  6. Haldi  1/4 tsp ( Turmeric)
  7. Green chilli 1 chopped
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

METHOD

  1. In a bowl  whip curd mix salt and red chilli powder keep aside
  2. Now take a pan heat oil add zeera ,rai when crackles add hing and onion  saute
  3. Now when onion turns translucent add haldi,chopped green chilli and fry 
  4. Add all  this in curd and mix well 
  5. Serve this with biryani and pulao........enjoy.....GOD BLESS
