FRIED ONIONS RAITA
INGREDIENTS
- Curd 250 grams
- Onion 1 medium chopped
- Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
- Rai 1/2 tsp (mustard seeds)
- Hing a pinch
- Haldi 1/4 tsp (
Turmeric)
- Green chilli 1 chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
METHOD
- In a bowl whip curd mix salt and red chilli powder keep aside
- Now take a pan heat oil add zeera ,rai when crackles add hing and onion saute
- Now when onion turns translucent add haldi,chopped green chilli and fry
- Add all this in curd and mix well
- Serve this with biryani and pulao........enjoy.....GOD BLESS
