- ONION 1 BIG THIN SLICED
- TOMATOES 1 BIG CHOPPED
- GREEN CHILLIES 3 CHOPPED
- DRIED RED CHILLIES 2 BROKEN INTI TWO
- PHOOL CHAKRI 1 SMALL (STAR ANISE )
- SALT AS PER TASTE
- GINGER 1/2 TBSP PASTE
- GARLIC 1 TBSP PASTE
- HARA DHANYA LEAVES 1 TBSP (CORIANDER LEAVES)
METHOD:
- WASH & CUT MASHROOMS IN SLICES
- HEAT OIL IN PAN,ADD ZEERA,DRIED RED CHILLIES WHEN CRACKLES,ADD ONION SLICED AND SAUTE
- ADD ALL SPICES,CLOVES,PEPPER CORNS,GREEN CARDAMOM,BROWN CARDAMOM SAUTE FRY TILL ONION TURNS BROWN
- ADD GINGER & GARLIC PASTE STIR FRY LET RAW SMELL GO, ADD CHOPPED TOMATO, SALT & COOK TILL IT TURNS MUSHY
- ADD SLICED MASHROOMS ,CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES MIX ALL WELL COVER AND COOK TILL MASHROOMS ARE DONE ON LOW FLAMES
- ONCE DONE GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES & SERVE HOT WITH ROTI/PARATHA/PURI
