- SABUDANA 1 1/2 CUPS
- POTATOES 3 MEDIUM,BOILED & MASHED
- ROASTED PEANUTS,COARSELY GROUND 1 CUP
- GREEN CHILLIES 3,FINELY CHOPPED
- HARA DHANYA PATTE 2 TBSP CHOPPED(FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES)
- LEMON JUICE 1 TBSP
- SALT AS PER TASTE
- KALA NAMAK 1/3 TSP (ROCK SALT)(OPTIONAL)
METHOD:
- SOAK THE SABUDANA, IN ENOUGH WATER TO COVER IT,FOR 2 HOURS
- AFTER 2 HOURS DRAIN OFF ALL THE WATER
- MIX TOGETHER SABUDANA,POTATOES,PEANUTS,GREEN CHILLIES,HARA DHANYA PATTE,SALT,KALA NAMAK,LEMON JUICE MIX ALL THOROUGHLY
- DIVIDE THIS MIXTURE INTO SMALL BALLS OF EQUAL SIZES
- NOW FLATTEN THESE BALLS BETWEEN PALMS OF YOUR HANDS
- HEAT SUFFICIENT OIL IN A KADAI (WOK) AND DEEP FRY VADAS IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN
- DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER,SERVE HOT WITH GREEN DHANYA CHUTNEY OR CHUTNEY OF YOUR CHOICE
