INGREDIENTS:
- Aaloo 5 medium 5oog (serves for four)
- Zeera (cumin seeds) 1tsp
- Hing (asafoetida) 1/4 tsp
- Green chillies 2 chopped
- Onion 1 small chopped
- Coriander leaves 1tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 1tbsp
- Take a pan heat oil,Add zeera when crackle add hing saute
- Add onionand green chillies saute ,when onion turns translucent add aaloo
- Add salt and little water 1tbsp mix all
- Cover let it cook for 10 minutes on low flames
- When aaloo turns tender its done now garnish with coriander leaves
- serve hot with paratha/poori/roti...............Enjoy
