INGREDIENTS:
- Egg plant 1 Big one
- Haldi 1 tsp (turmeric powder)
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Besan 2 tbsp (gram flour )
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Dhanya powder 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Garam masala quater tsp
- Dried mango powder quater tsp
- Ajwain 1 tsp (caroom seeds )
- Zeera 1 tsp (cumin seeds )
METHOD:
- Cut egg plant in round slices and keep in salted water
- Now mix all masalas besan,rice flour,salt,garam masala,Dhanya powder,haldi powder ,red chilli powred,Dried mango powred,Carrom seeds,zeera
- Now take slices one by one & dust this mixture well and shallow fry all from both sides on medium flames
- Serve this dish with dal and rice or dal roti as side dish or eat as snack

INGREDIENTS:
- Fish 1 kg
- 3 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds crushed finely
- Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
- Ajwain 1tsp (carrom seeds)
- Haldi 1/3 tsp (turmeric)
- Lime juice 3 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Zeera 1 tsp (cumin seeds) crushed
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
- Wash fish add and add salt and turmeric to it and keep aside
- Now make paste of ginger and garlic with lime juice dont use water
- Now mix besan and all masalas in fish red chilli flakes,ginger and garlic paste,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,kasuri methi,salt,ajwain
- In a wok fry fish pieces on mediun flames
- When pieces turn brown and crispy take them out
- serve with Green chutni as a snack or serve as side dish

INGREDIENTS
- Curd 250 grams
- Onion 1 medium chopped
- Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
- Rai 1/2 tsp (mustard seeds)
- Hing a pinch
- Haldi 1/4 tsp (
Turmeric)
- Green chilli 1 chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
METHOD
- In a bowl whip curd mix salt and red chilli powder keep aside
- Now take a pan heat oil add zeera ,rai when crackles add hing and onion saute
- Now when onion turns translucent add haldi,chopped green chilli and fry
- Add all this in curd and mix well

INGREDIENTS:
- Broccoli 4oo gram
- Shimla mirch 1 (bell pepper any colour)
- Potatoes 4 small( cut as you like)
- Zeera 1 tsp (cumin seeds)
- Hing a pinch
- Onion 1 medium chopped
- Tomato 1 medium chopped
- Ginger 1 inch grated/crushed
- Garlic 1 tsp grated/crushed
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
- Dhanya powder 1 tsp (coriander powder)
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Green chillies 3 chopped
- Oil 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Cut broccoli in florets and dip in warm salted water for 30 minutes,Now fry broccoli and potatoes till half done ,Take out keep aside
- Now add oil in a pan heat add zeera when crackles add hing ,Ginger,Garlic saute
- When raw smell ends ,Add onion fry till golden brown add tomato fry till it turns mushy ,Then add shimla mirch mix well
- Add masalas red chilli powder ,Haldi powder,Dhanya powder,Salt,Greenchillies mix all well
- Now add half cooked broccoli and potatoes and mix well
- Cover lid and cooked for 10 minutes on medium flames
- Finally add garam masala and mix switch off the stove
- Serve with royi/paratha/poori.........enjoy

INGREDIENTS:
- Kali dal 11/2 cup (split urad)
- Onion 1 medium chopped
- Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Green chillies 3 chopped

- Garlic 3 cloves
- Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
- Hing 1/3 tsp
- Dried red chillies 2
- Oil 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Boil dal with salt,Onion half chopped,Ginger,Kasuri methi,Red chilli powder in pressure cooker
- When boiled open & add green chillies and cook for other 5 minutes on low flames adding 1 cup water just cover no need for whistle
- Now in a frying pan heat oil ,Add zeera when crackles add dried red chillies ,Chopped garlic,Ginger ,Half onion fry it when turns golden brown add hing
- Once done add this to dal and mix
- Serve this with Plane rice/Roti/Naan..........enjoy...GOD BLESS
