THANDAI (HOLI SPECIAL)

INGREDIENTS:
  1. MILK 500 ML
  2. WATER 400 ML
  3. SUGAR AS  MUCH AS YOU LIKE
  4. POPPY SEEDS 2 TSP (KHUS KHUS)
  5. PEPPER CORNS 2 TSP
  6. ALMONDS 20
  7. ANISEEDS/FENNEL SEEDS 2 TSP (SAUF KE BEEJ /SAUF)
  8. CARDAMOMS 8 PODS
  9. ICE METHOD

    METHOD:
    1. SOAK ALMONDS IN WARM WATER FOR 1 HOUR,NOW PEEL ALMONDS 
    2. GRIND ALL THE SPICES WITH ALMONDS MAKE FINE PASTE
    3. NOW MIX SUGAR, MILK,WATER ALL IN A LARGE BOWL
    4. MIX THAT PASTE IN MILK AND BLEND WELL
    5. STRAIN, ADD CRUSHED ICE MIX WELL AGAIN AND  SERVE CHILLED.....ENJOY..... ''GOD BLESS''
