MANGO SHEERA ,KESRI, SOOJI AUR AAM KA HALWA
INGREDIENTS:
- SOOJI /BOMBAY RAWA 1/2 cup
- SUGAR 1/2 CUP
- MANGO PULP 1/2 CUP
- MILK 1 CUP (YOU MAY USE WATER IF YOU WANT)
- DESI GHEE 2 TBSPS(CLARIFIED BUTTER)
- CARDAMOM POWDER 1/2 TSP
- CASHEW NUTS 1 TBSP
- RAISINS 1 TBSP
METHOD:
- HEAT GHEE IN A PAN FRY CASHEW NUTS AND RAISINS
- ADD RAWA FRY TILL IT TURNS LIGHT BROWN
- ADD MANGO PULP & MILK STIR WELL
- ADD CARDAMOM POWDER & SUGAR MIX WELL COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FLAMES
- WHEN RAWA IS DONE REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SERVE HOT
